#684 with a gutter in between two stamps. The panes of 100 were in sheets of 400, each pane was separated from the next by a gutter. Normally these are removed by the post office staff before sale. It is rare to find a gutter pair, the value is approximately $130.
The previous design of the Harding stamp, shown on the top row showed Harding in profile, and was not that pleasing. The design was changed to portrait, in line with other lower values and as you can see is a much more attractive design.
The source photograph of the vignette was the above photograph of Warren Harding taken by Edmonston in Washington DC.
