You have the 2¢ Jackson from the years 1875-1879 Unlike the earlier versions of the 2¢ Jackson, which were brown, this issue is printed with the color vermilion.

The stamp was printed in 1875 by the Continental Bank Note Company and then again in 1879 by the American Bank Note Company. The only way to tell them apart is that the latter was printed on soft pourous paper. Which unless you have been around stamps for some time, it is hard to discern what exactly soft pourous paper feels like. If you have the 1875 printing click here.
