1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition

You have a stamp that commemorated the Panama-Pacific Exposition held in San Francisco in 1915. The lower values are quite common, particularly the 2¢. The orange 10¢ is scarce. To value thes stamps click on the numbers 397-404 on the menu to the left. There was a scarcer common version issued with a guage of 10 perforations. They can be identified by counting the perforations on the side. Those classified as perf 12, as shown above, will have 13 perforation on the sides. Those classified as perf 10 will have 11 perforation on the side. An illustration of the difference is shown below.
